Just wondering how many people consume a large or a very little amount of whole foods in their diet. When i say whole foods I mean fresh fruits, vegetables, and etc. Nothing pre-packaged or canned?

I do. I hardley eat anything that is not natural or whole in some way. Except the beans I cook. Everything else is raw and wholesome. I am a diabetic and this is the best way for me to keep my blood sugar in check. Works very well.
Probably 60%. Our family has just recently changed our eating habits and we all feel great. I have lost over 30 lbs and my hubby has lost over 25. I would love to switch to 100%, but it’s really not easy. Growing your own garden in the Arizona heat is extremely difficult.

About 10 percent. That’s pitiful I know but fresh fruits and veggies are hard to come by and expensive.
