You see, we don’t have the kind of money to buy me certain foods for a diet. So they can only get meals for each month. So do I only need to slim down how much I eat for my diet to work?
Thats the problem… I can’t get any fruits/vegetables/specific diet foods. As we can only get foods for dinners/meals.

  3. Portion out your meals. Most people gain weight because they eat at night, eat too much, no exercise, etc. Use your own judgment for how much to eat because everybody is different. I have had the exact problem and I have lost 40lbs exercising and using my judgment on how much my body will allow me to eat in order to lose weight.

  4. You can go there to learn how to make $30 a day with just 30 minutes answering questions on yahoo answers. That way you can afford whatever food it is that you need for you diet. I hope it helps, although not a direct answer to your question :D.
